A Government Minister has warned people to stay at home from 4pm Thursday to noon Friday as Storm Emma and the beast from the east collides creating life threatening blizzard conditions over Ireland.
Minister Eoghan Murhphy told the schools will close in Munster and Leinster in the same period.

"People should not venture out of doors where there is a Red Level Advisory in your area," said group chairman Sean Hogan.
