Laois town Mountrath enjoyed a spectacular St Patrick's Day for 2019, packed with floats representing clubs from the community.
They responded to the theme of imaginary characters in style, with dragons, fairies and lots more.
It was led out by Post 27 UN Veterans, and MC Johnny Purcell kept the parade in motion with craic and commentary, to huge crowds on the streets. The fun didn't end after with band Radio Nowhere belting out the tunes in the square.
