WATCH: Laois Rose of Tralee through to Dancing with the Stars Final with perfect tens!

Portlaoise apprentice Katelyn Cummins is the pride of Laois this week!

Laois Rose Katelyn Cummins is one step closer to winning the Glitterball trophy, having made it through to the Grand Finale in Sunday's semi final.

Katelyn and her pro partner Leonardo Lini danced two dances this week, earning fantastic points in each.

In their first dance, Katelyn and Leonardo performed a Charleston to ‘Charleston’ by Bob Wilson & His Varsity Rhythm Boys.

In their first dance, the pair earned 40 points, with judge Oti Mabuse hailing it as 'the dance of the season'. Judge Brian Redmond gave the pair his first standing ovation.

Katelyn and Leonardo then danced a Samba to Beyoncé’s iconic ‘Single Ladies (Put a Ring On it)’, alongside pro dancer Alex Vladimirov.

In their second dance, the pair earned a fantastic 38 points.

In total, the pair earned 78 points in the semi-final, earning their place in season nine's grand finale.

After an intense ‘Dancing through the Decades’ themed semi-final, Jordan Dargan has been eliminated.

The remaining five contestants faced an extra challenge. After they performed their individual dance, each couple danced for a second time in a ‘Time Machine Trio’, where they were joined on the floor by a second professional dancer.

The end result was a Dance Off between Jordan Dargan and Tolü Makay.

Alongside pro partner Rebecca Scott, Jordan is the last celebrity to leave the competition before the Grand Finale next Sunday March 15.
