WATCH: See Laois Rose Katelyn Cummins' Dancing with the Stars journey so far!

See the Portlaoise apprentice's stellar performances that earned her place in Sunday's Grand-Finale

Our Laois Rose Katelyn Cummins and her professional partner Leonardo Lini have wowed the judges and audiences at home with their fantastic performances on Dancing with the Stars over the past three months.

The pair are relying on the public to vote them as winners in the Dancing with the Stars Grand Finale on Sunday, March 15.

Will our Portlaoise apprentice raise the coveted Glitterball trophy? You decide!

See a breakdown below of Katelyn and Leonardo's performances so far.

WEEK One

Reigning Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and Leonardo Lini danced a tantalizing Tango to The Fate of Ophelia by Taylor Swift.

They scored 31 points - the highest score for the first episode.

WEEK Two

Week two saw our Laois Rose and pro partner Leonardo kick off the show with a jive to APT. by Rosé and Bruno Mars.

After topping the scoreboard in week the previous week, Katelyn and Leonardo earned a fantastic 28 points.  

Week Three- Movie Week

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and Leonardo Lini danced an American Smooth to ‘Whistle While You Work’ by Rachel Zegler from Snow White.

Movie night saw Katelyn and Leonardo dance an American smooth to 'Whistle While you Work' by Rachel Zegler from the live action Snow White movie. They scored 35 points.

WEEK Four- Country Week

Katelyn and Leonardo donned their cowboy boots for Country Night, dancing a Quickstep to ‘Hit the Diff’ by Marty Mone. They received 30 points.

Week Five- Dedicated Dance Night

Dancing a Contemporary Ballroom to 'Never Enough' by Kelly Clarkson, Katelyn dedicated the dance to her parents Noel and Siobhán. The pair scored 35 points.

The emotional routine honoured her parents’ unwavering support throughout her life, particularly with challenges she faced growing up with a hearing impairment.

Week Six- Fright Night

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and her pro partner Leonard Lini dancing a chilling Cha-cha-cha to ‘Break My Heart’ by Dua Lipa.

Katelyn and Leonardo scored 34 points.

Week Seven- Boy Bands vs Girl Groups

Week Seven was Boy Bands vs Girl Groups, Katelyn Cummins and Leonardo danced a Rumba to “No Matter What” by Boyzone.
They received 39 points.

Week Eight- 100th Episode Special

After scoring three tens the previous week, Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and partner Leonardo Lini danced a Viennese Waltz inspired by season three winner Mairéad Ronan’s semi-final performance.

The pair danced a Viennese Waltz to 'You Are the Reason' by Calum Scott and Leona Lewis. They earned the highest ever score on the show's history, with five perfect tens due to an additional ten from guest judge Nicky Byrne.

Week Nine- Orchestra Night

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and her partner Leonardo Lini closed the show with a Salsa to the traditional Latin number “Ran Kan Kan” by Tito Puente. They scored 35 points.

In addition to their individual performances tonight, all six couples competed in the first ever ‘Orchestra-thon’, a dance marathon that had everyone on the floor simultaneously dancing to Chuck Berry’s ‘Roll Over Beethoven’. For the first time ever, the marathon had six couples taking part, one more than its usual five, meaning even higher judges’ scores were available to the celebs. Katelyn earned 3 points.

Week Ten- Dancing Through the Decades / Semi-Final

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and partner Leonardo Lini fought for a place in the final with a century-old Charleston from the 1920s to ‘Charleston’ by Bob Wilson & His Varsity Rhythm Boys.

The pair earned 40 points for their Charleston, with judge Oti Mabuse hailing it as 'the dance of the season'. Judge Brian Redmond gave the pair his first standing ovation.

The pair then time traveled to the decade she was born, the 2000s, performing a Samba to Beyoncé’s iconic ‘Single Ladies (Put a Ring On it)’, alongside pro dancer Alex VladimirovIn their second dance, the pair earned a fantastic 38 points.

In total, the pair earned 78 points in the semi-final, earning their place in season nine's grand finale.

Sunday's grand-finale will see an epic showdown, with the final four couples all vying for the coveted Glitterball Trophy.

Each couple will dance two routines on the night. First, each couple will perform a routine from the season as selected by the judges. This could be a routine the judges feel the couple could improve, or one they’d just love to see again.

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins will reprise her Movie Week role of Snow White, as she and pro partner Leonardo Lini dance an American Smooth to ‘Whistle While You Work’ by Rachel Zegler. 

The Traitors Ireland star Paudie Moloney and his pro partner Laura Nolan will throw back to Week 4 and Country Week with a Quickstep to ‘Stop the World and Let Me Off’ by Declan Nerney.
 
Ireland AM presenter Eric Roberts and his partner Arianna Favarro will dance their Fright Night Charleston to ‘Happy’ by C2C featuring Derek Martin. 

Singer-songwriter Tolü Makay and her partner Maciej Zieba will dance their routine from all the way back in Week 2, in the hopes that their American Smooth to Olivia Dean’s smash hit ‘Man I Need’ will recapture the judges’ adoration a second time round.

The couples will then each perform a second 'Showdance' routine, a freestyle performance that allows them to combine different dance styles to showcase the creativity, skills and storytelling abilities they’ve learned throughout their journey.

Katelyn and Leonardo will dance to ‘Ordinary’ by Alex Warren. Paudie and Laura will dance to the Andy Williams’ classic ‘Can’t Take My Eyes Off You’.

Eric and Ariana will dance to ‘Can’t Hold Us’ by Macklemore x Ryan Lewis, and Tolü and Maciej will dance to the ‘Kill the Lights’ by Alex Newell, Jess Glynne, DJ Cassidy and Nile Rodgers.

Aside from our finalists, all eight eliminated celebrities will return on the night, including Michael Fry, Brian Kennedy, Amber Wilson, Anne Cassin, Niamh Kavanagh, Stephanie Kelly, Philip Doyle and Jordan Dargan.

The contestants and their pro partners will return a very special one-off comeback performance to Myles Smith’s ‘Stay (If You Wanna Dance)’.

The judges will give their scores as usual, but this will be just for guidance as it’s the public vote alone who will decide the champions of Dancing with the Stars 2026.
 
The Dancing with the Stars Grand Finale airs on Sunday 15 March at 6:30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
