GAA: Laois take on neighbours Carlow in Leinster Senior Football Championship
The hype is building in Carlow ahead of this weekend's Leinster GAA Senior Football Championship clash with Laois in Dublin.
A brave soul from Carlow has taken pen to paper and written a song in support of 'The Scalion Aters' in the build up to the historic weekend for both counties.
Carlow will play Laois in the Leinster Senior Football Championship on Sunday in Croke Park, the winner books a place in the Leinster final.
This is the first time in eleven years that Laois could make it to a Leinster final and the first time in 74 years for Carlow.
The excitement is evident in both counties as many cars and houses in Laois are now sporting the county colours. However, Carlow have brought their 'Carlow Rising' comeback campaign a step further by releasing a song on iTunes.
The Scallion Aters is a single released by Justin Kelly. There has been a big response as Carlow support get riled up for Sunday.
