WATCH: 'I believe I get more out of it than I give' - lifetime volunteer in Laois says there is a volunteering role for everybody

The Laois Volunteer Centre's Manager Caitriona Ryan spoke with some people who give of their time to help others as part of Laois Volunteers Week which runs to May 22.

She met with Karen McHugh who is Chairperson of the Laois Integration Network. Karen, who has volunteered for many years in Ireland and overseas, spoke about the Network and the value of volunteering to the people she helps and herself.
