Laois poets Arthur Broomfield, Margaret Cotter and Liam Ryan will be marking Poetry Day Ireland with a reading from their works on Thursday April 28.
The event will be held in O'Loughlin's hotel, Portlaoise, starting at 8pm and promises to be a highlight for arts lovers. All three poets have had their work published extensively in Ireland and the UK and each poet has published collections of their works.
Poetry Ireland is supporting the event through donating a selection of pocket poems which will be distributed on the night. A great night is in store for poetry lovers.
