Predeceased by her husband Patrick. Deeply regretted by relatives and friends. Funeral Mass in St Manman's Church. Burial afterwards in St Manman's Cemetery, Clonaslee.

Congrats to the Clodiagh Players on receiving third place overall in the Gorey Drama Festival. John Dunne won first place for best actor overall and Eddie Condon was nominated for best supporting actor. Well done for the first time out in the festival circuit. Clodiagh Players will be in Rathangan on Sat April 2 in Rathangan Drama Festival.

Items discussed at the monthly meeting: Pollution in Clodiagh River, Heritage Centre outdoor lights, safety doors at centre, gym, kerbing for one way road around centre, Social Services draw, Laois community awards, congrats to the Clodiagh Players. No dogs around the playground area, there is a lot of dog litter, hazardous for children. On Thursday March 24 at 8pm in the Heritage Hotel, Portlaoise, Dr Regina Uí Collatáin, PhD, will speak about ‘The Laois Links to 1916’ – a well-informed and
