An airline cabin crew supervisor in Laois is ready to fly high at the Laois Rose Selection Night this Good Friday.

Rachel O'Meara who is sponsored by WR Shaw in Rosenallis, told the Leinster Express / Laois Live all about herself.

"I’m 23 years old and living in Clonaslee. I am a Supervising Cabin Crew based in Dublin and I have been with the airline for 3 years now.

"For me there’s no such thing as too much travel as I love to adventure on my days off. My favourite destination is definitely Agadir in Morocco but I love anywhere that I get to experience new cultures and traditions.

"I also love photography and luckily most places I go to are very picturesque so I get to feed my love of travel and photography simultaneously," Rachel said.

The Laois Rose Selection Night takes place in the Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise on Friday, April 18. The winner will take part in the televised International Rose of Tralee in Kerry this August.

The Leinster Express / Laois Live is the proud Media Sponsor for the Laois Rose Selection.
