Laois person wins €100,000 in online National Lottery game
A lucky Laois person has won a cool €100,000 in the National Lottery.
The cash was won on Tuesday, August 5, according to the National Lottery.
The player was playing an online gambling game called Relic Fortunes, which costs €5 to enter.
The unnamed Laois person won the maximum prize in the game, which is similar to scratching a scratch card to reveal matching symbols.
"Winner Alert! A player from Co. Laois won €100,000 playing Relic Fortunes on Tuesday 5th August!" is the notification on the website.
