FRS Recruitment which has an office in Portlaoise has been recognised with two awards at the 2025 Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF) Recruitment Awards.
The annual ERF awards recognise the leading Irish recruitment agencies and firms with 50 or more staff which can demonstrate exceptional expertise and success in the sector.
FRS Recruitment, located in The Cube, Portlaoise, services clients across the healthcare, IT, engineering, and commercial sectors, picked up two awards at the 2025 ERF Awards.
Apart from having an office in Portlaoise, the company is led by its CEO Colin Donnery who lives in Coolrain.
The company retained its award for Best in Practice: IT, Telecoms & Technology for demonstrating exceptional expertise and success in the sector, before being announced as the overall Large Agency of the Year winner.
The awards were decided upon by a panel of 10 expert judges, including Paul Muldoon, James Osborne, Prof. Colette D’Arcy and Gavin Duffy.
A statement to the Leinster Express / Laois Live said the judging panel highlighted FRS Recruitment’s "excellence as a nationwide trusted partner" for clients across multiple sectors looking to fill permanent, contract, and temporary roles, and also noted the company’s demand staffing app WrkWrk, which offers flexible temporary jobs to candidates.
The statement added that the judges praised the company’s commitment to quality of service, evidenced through its industry leading net promoter score. MORE BELOW PIC.

FRS has staff based at The Cube in the Towerhill area of Portlaoise.
In particular, the judges noted FRS Recruitment’s "focus on innovation", including the growth of its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) option for clients. FRS Recruitment provides RPO solutions to a growing number of clients who are seeking to fully outsource its hiring process.
Lynne McCormack, General Manager of FRS Recruitment, reacted to winning the awards.
