A man appeared in court accused of taking his penis out in the public office of Portlaoise Garda Station. 

Kevin Moylan, 28, of 121 Hillview Drive, Portlaoise is accused of engaging in offensive conduct in that he did expose his penis and make lewd gestures at Portlaoise Garda Station on March 7, 2021. 

Solicitor Michael Byrne said his client was embarrassed and wished to apologise to gardai. 

“He was in a public office in the garda station. His friend pulled down his trousers,” he said. 

Judge Andrew Cody remanded the case back to June 22.
