The case of a man accused of dangerous driving and failing to provide a sample was adjourned to September. 

Graham Brody, 29, with an address at 1 Cherrygarth, Portlaoise is accused of dangerous driving at Dublin Road, Ballyroan and failing to provide a sample at Portlaoise Garda Station on April 24 last. 

Judge Andrew Cody adjourned the case to Portlaoise District Court on September 28.
