Gardaí working in the Roads Policing Unit in Laois say they arrested two disqualified drivers in Portlaoise in the space of 24 hours. 


They say both drivers had warrants issued for their arrests. 


"Laois Roads Policing Unit on patrol in the last 24 hours arrested two more Disqualified Drivers in Portlaoise Town.  One driver was held in custody overnight before being brought before Portlaoise District Court this morning. Vehicles seized and Court proceedings commenced against both drivers," said a garda spokesperson.
