A teenager appeared in court accused of assault causing harm in Laois.
Luke Gilligan (18) of 33 Rossvale Court, Portlaoise is accused of assault causing harm at his address on June 16 last.
Garda Sergeant JJ Kirby requested some time for the case.
“We are looking for a further two months, it is complicated, judge,” he said.
Solicitor Josephine Fitzpatrick said she would consent to the two months.
Judge Andrew Cody adjourned the case back to Portlaosie District Court on February 10 for directions.
