Laois Offaly Gardaí are appealing for information following the theft of a caravan at the weekend. 

Gardaí said the 191 OY registered Swift 540 was stolen from the Shannonbridge/Clonmacnoise area of Co Offaly sometime over the Bank Holiday Weekend. 

“Swift challenger 540 stolen from clonmacnoise/ Shannon bridge area between 3rd and 4th of May had a 191 OY registration plate," gardaí said. 

Gardaí are seeking any sightings of the caravan and have appealed for information.

Anyone with CCTV, dashcam footage or any information, is being asked to contact Birr Garda station 057 9169710.
