A bench warrant was issued for a man who failed to appear in court.
Fraidoon Omar (40) of Airways Integration Centre, Unit 29, Viscount Avenue, Dublin 17 is accused of trespass at Hibernian Direct Provision, Pembroke Terrace, Abbeyleix on November 8 last.
He failed to appear before a sitting of Portlaoise District Court where Garda Sergeant JJ Kirby requested a bench warrant for his arrest. Judge Susan Fay issued the warrant.
