Gardaí are investigating two burglaries which occurred in Laois yesterday.
It’s understood a quantity of jewellery was stolen during one of the burglaries which occurred in Portarlington.
The property in Crowe Lane in the town was burgled on the evening of Tuesday, January 20.
Meanwhile, Gardaí are investigating the burglary of another property in Killeshin. It also occurred on Tuesday evening.
