The annual Camross Charity Truck and Tractor Run will take place from Saturday October 12 to 13. The weekend event is in aid of Laois Offaly Families for Autism (LOFFA).
The truck run will be held on Saturday October 12 at 6pm, with registration starting at 4pm.
The tractor run on Sunday October 13 kicks off from 2:30pm, with registration from 12.30pm.
"This is a very worthy cause and we hope to see you all on the weekend," said an organiser.
"There are tickets available for our big draw which will take place on the 13th. 1st prize €500, 2nd prize €300 and 3rd prize €200. Tickets are €5 each," they said.
The event will see entertainment throughout the weekend, with a barbecue on Saturday evening, followed by The AJ's playing in Bergin's The Camross Inn.
Sunday will see Martin Delaney Jnr and Kevin Matthews playing after refreshments in Bergin's.
"Our main sponsors this year are Midland Tyre Services and we would like to thank them for always supporting our run and for their very generous donation," organisers finished.
