Known as Ireland’s first gender-balanced music festival, the Folly continues to champion diverse talent, family-friendly fun, and a festival experience like no other.

Organisers of this chic community event have told the Leinster Express / Laois Live that people should get ready for another "unforgettable weekend" as the Folly Festival returns to the breathtaking grounds of Cullohill Castle on Friday and Saturday, July 4 to 5.
This year, attendees can enjoy performances from The Jerry Fish Electric Slideshow, Chasing Abbey Lisa McHugh, Ruaile Buaile, Clodagh Lawlor, Cliona McDonald, Barry Deegan, Aislinn Townsend and Cullohill Comhaltas.
"We are thrilled to announce that Folly Festival 2025 tickets are officially on sale — and at the unbelievable price of just €60 for a full weekend pass!" organisers said.

"Join us on Friday 4th & Saturday 5th July in the stunning, intimate setting of Cullohill Castle for two unforgettable days of live music, culture, and festival magic. Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of Ireland’s most unique summer festivals!" they said.
Along with a weekend packed full of live music, attendees can also enjoy Nancy’s Yard Kid’s Fun Day, a delightful dog show, stunning arts and crafts stalls, delicious food vendors, and much more!
The Folly Festival is brought to you by Cullohill Community Council with the support of Electric Picnic, Laois Partnership Company and Laois County Council.
