Laois GAA reveals county hurling and Gaelic football managers

GAA coaching appointments confirmed with little fanfare

Laois GAA has ratified the managers of its intercounty teams for the 2026 season.

Armagh man Justin McNulty will continue to mix sport and politics as an MLA in Northern Ireland by returning for a third season in charge of the Laois senior Gaelic football team.

Portlaoise man Tommy Fitzgerald is back again to helm the Laois senior hurling squad.

Kieran Kelly is the U20 football manager while Derek Delaney is in charge of the U20 hurling team.

Dave McGrath is the minor football manager with Brendan Phelan completing the management setup with his appointment to the minor hurling job.

The brief announcement on social media late on Monday, July 28 said that the backroom teams for all groups are to be confirmed.
