IN PICTURES: The managers set to take charge of the 10 Laois GAA senior hurling teams in 2026

Six of the clubs have new managers in charge

Borris-Kilcotton  Owen Drennan

Clubman Owen Drennan has been chosen to be Borris-Kilcotton's new senior manager.  He will be assisted by coaches Dave Moriarty and Brendan Cahill (PICTURED BELOW). The latter, who hails from Tullaroan in Kilkenny, brings a wealth of experience to the set-up, having previously worked with Kilkenny camogie teams under Brian Dowling and having spent the past three seasons as manager of Mooncoin hurlers. Moriarty is well known in Laois hurling circles, having been part of the Laois senior management team during their Joe McDonagh Cup triumph in 2019. His coaching CV also includes spells with Limerick, Adare, Glen Rovers and UL Fitzgibbon Cup teams.
