Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a teenager who has been the subject of a number of similar appeals this year.
Gardai say Jack O'Donoghue was last seen in Portlaoise on Monday, November 13.
They say Jack, who was reported missing twice in October, is described as being approximately 5 foot 5 inches in height with a slight build, brown hair and grey eyes.
Anyone with any information on Jack's whereabouts is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda station on 057 867 4100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
Jack was located safely after the two October appeals.
