Kestrels U-10 Boys and Girls took part in the Tommy Keogh Memorial Tournamant in Athlone.
In the boys group there was Kestrels, Portlaoise, Athlone. In the Girls group Kestrels faced Athlone, Portlaoise, Tullamore.
Kestrels Girls and Boys both qualified for the final. Unfortunately the stronger Athlone side for the both the girls and boys came out victors but Kestrels showed great potential for the future and were proud runner-ups.
The club would like to thank Paddy and Eileen Mullally and Athlone Basketball Club for a great day.
