Distressed property auctioneers Allsops are listing the hotel with a reserve of €110 to €130,000 in their next auction on next Wednesday February 18 in the RDS.

The hotel which has been closed for some time, was for years the halfway stop for bus passengers between Limerick and Dublin, with the M7 junction 21 aprox 2km away.

The three storey property has two bars, a restaurant area and night club at ground floor level and 20 bedrooms over the first and second floors, over 17,000 sq ft, on a one acre site.

It is available for open viewing today Tuesday February 10 and Tuesday February 17, from 12pm to 1:00pm.
