Laois County Council has announced a temporary road closure.
The council stated that: “A lorry carrying two loaders has gone in off the road on Abbeyleix side of Money Cross, causing damage to road surface.”
“Gardai are at the scene, crew are on their way and road will be closed for a few hours,” the council stated.
