Gardaí have thanked the public for their help in successful efforts to trace a teenager who went missing from her near Laois.
Melissa McDonnell, aged 15 years, was reported missing from Killeshin Road in Carlow on October 21.
An an update on Tuesday, October 25 Gardaí said she has been located safe and well.
"We would like to thank the public and media for their assistance in this matter," said a statement.
