A recall has been issued for a popular pack of pastries that are sold at Tesco stores nationwide

In a statement today, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland said that a batch of the Et Voilá! Pain au Chocolat 4 pack, which are sold exclusively at Tesco, are now being recalled, with retailers being urged to take the implicated products off the shelves.

This is due to fears that there is a possible presence of metal pieces within the pains au chocolat.
