Stop Go system back on busy N80 Mountmellick Portlaoise Road

Stop go boards will return on the N80 between Mountemllick and Portlaoise this week. 

Laois County Council said the temporary traffic measures will be in place from 8am to 6pm daily until Saturday, October 7. 

“Laois County Council wishes to advise of Temporary Traffic Management (STOP-GO BOARDS + CONVOY) at the following location: N80 From a point:  Derrycloney To a point:    Rossleighan,” the council stated. 

The council said the temporary traffic measures are in place for Pavement Improvement Scheme works.
