Staff at Portlaoise Prison have been thanked for their ‘amazing donation’ to Laois SPCA.
The animal charity took to social media to praise the staff for their donation of cat and dog food as well as comfy bedding for their animals.
“Special thanks to our volunteer Tracy, for organising this food appeal. We have a huge number of animals in care at the moment and we really appreciate the generosity of Tracy and her colleagues, as do all our animals,” they said.
