Laois area will be without water this week

Uisce Eireann has reported that scheduled works will take place in Portlaoise on March 26.
The disruption will be to Tea Lane and surrounding areas in Portlaoise, with works scheduled to take place from 1am until 5am on Wednesday morning.
"As part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme, leak detection works may cause supply disruptions to Tea Lane and surrounding areas in Co. Laois," Irish Water have said.
"We recommend that you allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return."
In January, Church Street was closed off to the public to allow for leak detection works.
