Pat Conroy Auctioneers are selling the landmark property as an investment opportunity to the commercial sales market. This property sited at Parnell Street, Mountmellick, a town centre location, a community facility known as The Owenass Hall.

The front of the property covers two floors dating back to the 1800's and the main hall dates to the 1970's. The property is not listed as a protected structure. Ground floor internal layout comprises of a large entrance foyer, a meeting room, kitchen, toilets and store. It opens up into a large community hall with solid timber floor, stage and dressing area.

The hall was once Mountmellick's cinema, with queues down the street in 1918.
