Marie Murphy - Graiguecullen

The death has occurred of Marie Murphy (née Murphy) of 88 New Oak Estate and formerly 92 Pearse Rd, Graiguecullen whop passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on May 22nd 2025, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Beloved wife of Jim, much loved mother of Sharon, Michelle and James, adored grandmother of Emer, Robert, Róisín, Rhys, Hayley, Eoin, and Cara and cherished sister of Peter, John-Joe, Trisha, Vincent, Una, Veronica and the late Eddie.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law James and Thomas, daughter-in-law Fiona, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, good neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home, 88 New Oak Estate, Carlow (Eircode R93 F519) on Sunday (May 25th) from 4pm, concluding with Prayers at 7pm that evening. Removal from there on Monday morning at 10.15am in St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Margaret Campion - Rathdowney

The death has occurred of Margaret Campion (née Gray) 12 The Glebe, Rathdowney on May 21, peacefully, in the presence of her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Joe, her parents Dinny and Delia Gray, her brothers Paddy and Peter and sister-in-law Mary.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, Derek, Anne, Louise, Neil, Claire, Gerard and David, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers Jim, Gerard and Donnacha, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her residence 12 The Glebe, Rathdowney (Eircode R32 PPY8) on Friday May 23rd from 4 pm pausing for Prayers at 7 pm. Removal on Saturday morning May 24th. to The Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Rathdowney arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Bealady Cemetery.

Harry Kealy - Ballylinan

The funeral takes place of Harry Kealy, Kilburn, London and formerly of Boley, Ballylinan following his death on April 14.

Predeceased by his sister Mary (Casey). Deeply regretted by his brothers Denis, Larry, Ted and Thomas, sister Bernie, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends,

Requiem Mass at 11.30am on Saturday, May 24, in The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Luggacurran. Internment afterwards in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Ballyadams.

Sheila O'Toole - Shanahoe

The death has occurred of Sheila O' Toole, Shanahoe who passed away suddenly at home on May 19.

Deeply regretted by her loving family. Reposal on Sunday 25th May from 5 to 7pm. in St Brigid's Church Shanahoe. Requiem Mass on Monday, May 26 in St Brigid's Church Shanahoe at 11am followed by burial in St. Brigid's Cemetery.
