Florence (Florrie) Foley (née Cassidy), Rathdowney and 6 Ceannt Fort, Dublin 8, peacefully at Oakdale Nursing Home, Portarlington, Co. Laois surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Frank. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Claire, Fran, Olive, Phil and Pauline, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchild, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at O'Sullivan's Funeral Home, Rathdowney (Eircode R32 NY24) on Saturday evening July 26th. from 6 o'clock pausing for prayer at 7.30. Peacefully in the tender loving care of the staff of Oakdale, Portarlington and Tullamore Hospital and her wonderful live in carer Nikki. Dearly beloved wife of the the late Thomas. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Angela, Una, Ita and Marion, sons in law Cyril Walsh, Simon Humphrey's and grandson Thomas, sisters Katie and Una, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home on Sunday from 4pm until Rosary at 6pm. Removal at 6.30pm to Mary Mother of God Church, Daingean arriving for prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 11am followed by Burial after Mass in St. Mary's Cemetery, Daingean. No flowers, please. Donations if desired to Parkinson's Ireland.

The death has occurred of Bernadette (Bernie) Brown (née Murphy), Woodlawn Grove, Waterford city / Portlaoise, Laois on July 23 surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her husband Richard. Much loved mother of Thomas, Claire, Susan and Hazel. Will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Samuel, Adam, Isaac, Kevin, Stephen, Conor, Sean, Aoife, Christopher and Amy, her sisters and her brothers, son-in-law Chris, daughter-in-law Naomi, nephew Paul, extended family, neighbours, friends and her companion Daisy.

The death has occurred of Lena Delaney (née Kehoe), Coolbanagher, Emo, Co Laois peacefully surrounded by her loving family while in the exceptional care of the staff of the Regional hospital Portlaoise.

Terri Maher (née Barry)- Drimoleague, Cork / Stradbally, Laois
On 22 July 2025 peacefully after an illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family at Clonakilty Community Hospital, Terri. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary, sister Stephanie and her beloved son Kenneth who she is now reunited with. Terri will be forever loved and missed by her children Michael, Neil, Ciara, Richard and Emma. Deeply missed by her brother Martin, sister Marion, her fourteen cherished grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, extended family and her dearest friends Michael and Kathleen. May Terri rest in peace.

Willie passed away peacefully at his home in Westminster London. Surrounded by his loving family. He is predeceased by his parents William & Bridget, his wife Mary Donnellan White, Daughter Laura, Siblings Sean J, +Archbishop Thomas A & May White. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family Sons William, Conor, Daughters Claudia, Natasha and her partner Ross Fitzsimons. Granddaughter Roisin Fitzsimons, and a large circle of friends. RIP.
Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday 26th July 2025 at the Holy Trinity Church Durrow, at 11.00 AM followed by interment of ashes in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Robert (Bertie) Gowan, Meelick, Rosenallis, Portlaoise. Co. Laois. Wednesday July 16th peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff of Emo Court ward, Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his sister Muriel. Bert will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Edna, sister Margaret, sons Maurice (Paula) and Douglas. Grandsons David and Marcus and great grand children Lily, Ollie and Liam, and extended family, neighbours and friends. May Bert's gentle soul rest in peace.
