Laois mourns sad passing of beloved 106 year old grandmother

There has been an outpour of condolences across Laois following the sad passing of local woman Brin Fitzpatrick in her 106th year.

The Ballacolla woman was well-known in her community, and is dearly missed by her loving family, friends and neighbours.

Born and raised in Ballacolla, Mrs Fitzpatrick (née Loughman) was involved in local drama classes and plays over the years, and had a great love for bingo.
