The hit series is back.
Laois singles looking for love are being encouraged to apply for the new season of First Dates as applications are now open.
The hit series is back with maître D' Mateo Saina, barman Neil Kenna, and waiters Alice and Pete helping to set the scene for the blind dates filmed in Coda Eatery at The Gibson Hotel.
Every moment of the date is captured by over 20 cameras in the first fixed-rig show of its kind to be made in Ireland.
The singletons who visit the restaurant range in age from 18 to 80 plus.
The show is returning for its tenth season and promises to be 'bigger, better and more loved-up than ever'.
"Are you tired of life in the friendzone? Too many frogs and not enough princes? Sick of apps that promise matchmaking and end up heartbreaking? Well, listen up all you Romeos and Juliets," say the team behind the show.
"This year, there are new and exciting ways to apply, including open auditions and singles events all around the country where cheeky chaps and femmes fatales can drop by to strut their stuff, meet the team and make their play for a date with destiny."
"Trust us - after nine seasons of seduction, we’ve got matchmaking down to a fine art. Making love happen is what we do.
"So, if you’re serious about finding The One, trust us – we’ve got your number."
