Scoil Mhuire in Abbeyleix features in a Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) video promoting more than 60 refurbishment projects carried out through the Pathfinder Project in partnership with the Department of Education.
This video showcases the retrofit goals completed so far, as well as the retrofit works completed within specific schools including Scoil Mhuire which was up to two years ago beset by numerous problems that caused them to ask for their 1980s school to be knocked.
