Electric Picnic tickets up for grabs in fundraiser for worthy Laois charity

Money raised from the draw will go directly to the Laois SPCA
A huge raffle has been organised for Electric Picnic tickets in aid of the Laois SPCA.
Four weekend tickets for this year’s Electric Picnic will be raffled off, with all the money raised through the draw going directly to support the Laois SPCA.
Ireland’s biggest music festival will return to Stradbally on Friday, August 28 until Sunday, August 30.
Tickets for Electric Picnic have already been sold out, so these four tickets being raffled off by the Laois LSPCA will be in high demand.
The four tickets also include early entry and glamping for the winner and three friends in the Pink Moon Faiche Tipi campsite. The lucky winner will stay in a four-person super deluxe bell tent.
To top it off, the tickets will include Lounge Access for four people. The lounge is located in the main area within the grounds of Stradbally Hall.
The Laois Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Laois SPCA) is a volunteer-run charity which is dedicated to preventing cruelty and improving animal welfare throughout the county.
The Laois SPCA said that 2026 has so far been a “very busy and expensive year” for the organisation.
“We've had to cover some tricky orthopaedic surgeries and we've had more than usual older animals with complicated presentations. The proceeds of this raffle will give us a much needed boost without exhausting any volunteers,” The organisation said.
“Proceeds will help us to keep paying our monthly vet bills as we rehabilitate the animals in our care and prepare them for adoption. Electric Picnic is perfect timing for our most expensive/exhausting time - kitten season! Neuter your pets, and contact your local rescue about getting stray cats neutered. Save us some work!”
Tickets cost €10 each and already nearly €3,000 has been raised. You can click here to get tickets for the draw.
The draw will take place online and the winner will be announced on Saturday, August 15.
