Eoin has hosted 'How to be good with Money' and 'The Complaints Bureau' on RTÉ

Eoin McGee, the host of the hit RTÉ shows 'How to be good with Money' and 'The Complaints Bureau' is sure to be one of the big attractions to business people and the public during the upcoming Laois Enterprise Week.

Mr McGeee was one of the first people in the country to attain the designation of Qualified Financial Advisor, as well as completing post-graduate study in the School of Professional Finance in UCD.

In 2024, he was named presenter of The Complaints Bureau' while he launched a podcast in 2023 called 'Understanding Money with Eoin McGee'.

In January of this year, Mr McGee released his latest book 'How to Achieve Financial Freedom', showing readers how to move beyond day-to-day money stress and build real, lasting financial freedom. He has operated Prosperous Financial since 2008. 

The Laois Local Enterprise Office is organising the event and explained what to expect at the event in Portlaoise.

"Eoin will share practical insights from his latest book 'How to Achieve Financial Freedom', focusing on how individuals and business owners can move beyond day-to-day money stress and build long-term financial resilience.

"This session is ideal for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and anyone looking to take more control of their financial future with clear, no-nonsense advice.

"Local Enterprise Week Laois 2026 in Laois boasts an evening not to be missed," it said.

The event takes place at the Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise on Wednesday, March 4 from 6 pm to 7.30pm.
