Portlaoise District Court
Gardai are waiting for a certificate in relation to an allegation that a woman had €5 of cannabis.
Emma McCarthy, 37, of 102 St Brigid’s Place, Portlaoise is accused of possessing the drugs at her address on January 27, 2023.
A sitting of Portlaoise District Court was told Gardai are awaiting a certificate in relation to the alleged drug.
Judge Andrew Cody was told the alleged value of the cannabis was €5. He adjourned the matter to Portlaoise District Court on December 17.
