Catherine Quirk - Stradbally

The death took place on Saturday, May 26 of Catherine Quirk of 6 The Mill, Stradbally. 

Died peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving husband and family. Deeply regretted by husband Philip, sisters Margaret Cronin and Mary Miller, aunts uncles,neices, nephews, sister in law Jenny, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing in her sister Margaret's home, 28 Woodview, Stradbally, from 6pm this Saturday evening. Recital of The Rosary at 9pm. Funeral arriving Church of The Sacred Heart, Stradbally, on Sunday for 11.30am Requiem Mass. Burial after in Oakvale Cemetery. 

Br. Philbert Egan - Castletown and Clonaslee 

The death took place on Saturday, May 26 of Br. Philbert (Patrick) Egan of De La Salle Brothers, Miguel House, Castletown and late of Rathcoffey, Clonaslee.

Predeceased by his sisters Julia and Bridie, his brother Ben. Deeply regretted by his sisters Kathleen, Anne and Claire, his brother Sean, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and confreres in religion.

Reposing in Miguel House from 11am on Sunday with Evening Prayer and Rosary at 8pm. Funeral Liturgy and Mass on Monday at 2pm. Burial immediately afterwards in the Monastery Cemetery, Castletown.

Corry Parkinson - Durrow

The death took place on Friday, May 25 of Corry Parkinson of Seandoire, Durrow

Peacefully at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny. Deeply regretted by his loving brothers Christy and Ger, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Phelan's Funeral Home, Durrow, from 2pm this Saturday afternoon. Funeral prayers at 6.15pm followed by removal to Holy Trinity Church, Durrow, for Mass at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. 

Ernie Glasgow -  Mountmellick 

The death took place on Friday, May 25 of Ernie Glasgow of 61 Silverwood, Mountmellick and Jobstown, Dublin.

Peacefully in the loving care of the staff of St.Vincents Hospital Mountmellick. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Maeve and family.

Funeral Arrangements to be announced later.
