A woman appeared in court accused of assaulting a man in Ballybrittas.
Annette Brennan, 74, of Graigueaverne House, Ballybrittas is accused of assaulting a man at Lake Road, Ballybrittas on February 3, 2023.
Solicitor Philip Meagher requested disclosure in the case. He said his client was present in court.
Judge Andrew Cody ordered disclosure in the case and adjourned the matter to Portlaoise District Court on February 12, 2024 for either a plea or a date for hearing.
