Kyle GAA Club has lodged a planning application with Laois County Council as it looks to enhance facilities at its grounds in Ballinla, Ballaghmore.
The rural Laois GAA club is seeking retention planning permission for an existing storage shed already in place, as well as approval to construct a new ball wall along with all associated and ancillary works.
Details of the application can be inspected or purchased (at a cost not exceeding the reasonable price of making a copy) from the offices of the planning authority during its public opening hours.
Submissions or observations relating to the application may be made in writing to Laois County Council within five weeks of the authority’s receipt of the application. A prescribed fee applies, and all submissions will be taken into account when the council makes its decision.
The planning authority may grant permission with or without conditions, or refuse to grant permission.
