Laois Camogie star Aimée Collier is the PwC GPA Camogie Premier Junior Player of the Year following a sensational 2025 championship campaign.

The Camross forward claimed the accolade ahead of her own Laois teammates, captain Clodagh Tynan and Gráinne Delaney, who were also nominated after stellar performances throughout the season. The trio made the trip to Croke Park for the second time this year on Saturday evening, November 15. The three players were also named on the Soaring Stars team

Collier’s award caps a memorable year for Laois Camogie. She finished the Premier Junior Championship as the top scorer, amassing 8-34, narrowly edging out Armagh’s Sinead Quinn, who finished on 9-27 (54 points). Her scoring prowess proved decisive as Laois secured All-Ireland Premier Junior glory at Croke Park in August, with Collier playing a pivotal role in their triumph over Armagh.

Tynan, who was Player of the Year in 2024, was bidding to retain her prestigious title after leading Laois to a narrow defeat against Tipperary in last year’s final. This year, she captained her side to All-Ireland success, demonstrating leadership and defensive skill from her centre-back position. Meanwhile, half-forward Delaney impressed consistently throughout the campaign, scoring 1-2 in the All-Ireland final, which earned her the Player of the Match award.

Less than 24 hours after their success at Croke Park, Collier and Delaney continued their winning form at club level, guiding Camross to their first provincial title since 2001 with a victory over Meath’s Na Fianna at SETU Carlow.
