New Laois lotto millionaire makes contact to collect €2.3m win

Someone in Laois is having a very happy Monday, as they arrange a visit to Dublin to collect the jackpot win in the National Lottery.

The lucky winner had played the lotto online in Laois on Wednesday, October 11, scooping €2,294,855.

They have already make contact with the National Lottery Offices.

"I can confirm that the winner has made contact and arrangements are now being made for them to claim their prize," a lottery spokesperson told the Leinster Express / Laois Live this Monday, October 16.

The winning numbers from the Wednesday 11th October draw were: 02, 12, 16, 24, 39, 40 and the bonus was 25.
