Smyths recalls popular children's product that could lead to injuries
MV Sports is carrying out a recall of MV Sports and Leisure Ltd Safety Helmets.
The risk presented by these products is injuries. The product has an inadequate attachment system. This can cause the helmet not to fit properly on the head and could lead to injuries in the event of a fall.
The brand is MV Sports & Leisure Ltd. The type/number of models is YX-0411. The barcode is 5017915004882. The Smyths product numbers are 127003 Batman Safety Helmet, 173294 Spider-Man Helmet, 206073 L.O.L. Surprise! Safety Helmet, 206074 Disney Princess Helmet and 206075 Paw Patrol Safety Helmet.
The number of affected products in the Republic of Ireland is unknown.
What to do:
Customers should stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children. Please return your product to your local Smyths Toys Superstores for a full refund. You can find your nearest store using the Store Finder.
