The M7 / M8 Toll booth in Laois
The cost of driving on motorways through Laois and are also going up for local people on other tolled roads in including the M7.
It's reported that toll charges on eight of Ireland's toll-motorways, bridges and tunnels are rising from January.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland outlined the following increases:
The Irish Times reported that TII said the 2022 maximum tolls are calculated for each road (by vehicle category) in accordance with the individual toll road bye-laws.
