Comhaltas

Mountmellick Comhaltas’ Annual Variety Concert is on Friday April 4, in Mountmellick Macra Hall. Doors open at 7:30pm, show starts at 8pm sharp. Tickets available from the committee at the classes. Please come and support.

Ciorcal Comhrá

Mountmellick’s Ciorcal Cómhra (Irish conversation group) meets at Mountmellick Library on Thursday mornings from 7pm to 8pm, 10am to 11am. All ages and levels welcome to enjoy a friendly chat ‘as Gaeilge’.

Scór

We have a number of junior club members interested in taking part in the Laois Scór na Paistí on April 5 in Mountmellick. Registration 2pm. If you are interested in singing, Irish dance, saying a poem, playing music and/or a table quiz, phone Margaret on 085 713 8940. You can take part in one event or a number events, as a solo or with a group.

Text Alert

Remember the Text Alert Launch will take place on April 10th in the Community Centre at 8pm. We look forward to seeing as many people as possible there. Leading up to this a flyer will be sent to all homes in the area so please read it and consider joining in the scheme.

O’Moores Camogie

Training will commence for U 8,10,12 & 14’s Saturday March 29th at 9.45 in Mountmellick GAA grounds. Registration forms will be available on the day.All new players welcome.

Ladies Night
