IN PICTURES: Laois GAA club's Lip Sync Battle fundraiser in Portlaoise

Borris-in-Ossory GAA swapped the playing field for the stage on Saturday night as its Lip Sync Battle took place at the Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise. The fundraiser brought nine acts together for an evening of music, entertainment and plenty of fun, with the event raising close to €80,000 towards the renovation and development of the club’s dressing room facilities at O’Keeffe Park. Jimmy Jests and Katelyn Cummins acted as MCs for the night, while Paul Dargan, Denise Culleton and Kieran Scott formed the judging panel. The event attracted strong support from the local community, providing a major boost to the club’s fundraising efforts.
