Lip Sync Battle Ireland worked with the pair to create this fantastic short film in aid of Killeshin FC through their Hollywood Movie Night Fundraiser.
Organisers have said that 'Misery has never been so enjoyable!'.
Cllr Moran played a phenomenal Annie Wilkes, despite having no previous acting experience.
"Special standing ovation for Aisling Moran – who, despite never acting before, delivered a performance so chilling, Kathy Bates would’ve needed a stiff drink!" Lip Sync Ireland have said.
"From policy papers to sledgehammers, she nailed it – quite literally. Who knew local government had such range?
"Cllr Ben Brennan brought his own brand of (slightly terrified) charm, but even he’ll admit: Aisling stole the show and possibly a few nerves from the audience.
"Huge credit to our visionary directors Banjo and Shane – part Spielberg, part chaos coordinators – who turned our wild idea into an unforgettable night," they said.
"Not only was this a riotous success, but it's proof that our Movie Night concept is a GOLDMINE for community fundraising – drama, laughs, and all for a great cause. Other clubs: we might just have written the playbook! Stay tuned for our next production… because Killeshin FC doesn’t just play ball – we do showbiz too," organisers finished.
The other films made include Father Ted, The Snapper, The Field, Waking Ned and Forrest Gump.
